SHIPPING | RETURNS

Orders received on our website are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt. depending upon the size of our bench prep queue. We create shipping labels in advance of bench prep and actual shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours for your package to show movement at Fedex/UPS/USPS.

To simplify our ordering process, we generally quote UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to ship via any carrier, regardless of whether Fedex or UPS or USPS was quoted in shopping cart. 

San Diego customers who prefer to pick up their order: Please so indicate during checkout if this is preferred. It will mean that your order is prepped and will be ready for pick up when we notify you. If the preference is to pick up a fully assembled bike, please add bike assembly to your shopping cart. 

RETURNS: Only new, un-used products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Except in cases of a warranty claim or manufacturing defect, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging. Please refrain from unpacking and/or assembling if there is possibility of return for personal reasons. At our discretion, returned products exhibiting outdoor use or minor cosmetic defects will be assessed a restocking fee of not less than 20%. The cost of shipping that was originally paid for the order is non-refundable.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or warranty claim, WeeBikeShop will provide free shipping for returned items and for dispatch of replacement items.
